Performance Art at the Winter Concert 12/7/17
Some of our art club students will be performing at the upcoming winter concert!
There will be 3 performance art pieces.
1) Students will be performing silhouette art as the chorus sings "Let's Make it Shine."
2) Students will project their digital art interpretation of the song "Red Bird." These students will be using the online program "sumopaint" to create their art.
3) During intermission the art club "dance team" will be performing to "Heroes (We Could Be)" by Alesso. The dance will be choreographed by one of our 5th grade students.

We are currently in the process of working on a 27ft stage backdrop for our upcoming Fall Showcase on October 13th!
The purpose of Art Club is to promote a growing appreciation for art in our community and in our school, provide enrichment to young aspiring artists/designers, and encourage the development of creativity within the STEAM model.
